Doctor Hail S.r.l. completely fulfills it by informing you that:

A) The data are collected to: execute a contract of which you are a part, fulfillment of legal duties. These purposes represent the legal basis that legitimizes the following issues. The provision of data for such purposes is a necessary requirement for the finalization of the contract, therefore any refusal to provide such data may result in either the failure or partial execution of the contract or the non-continuation of the relationship.

B) personal data collected directly from you include, as an example, personal data (eg name, surname, address, date and place of birth), and information about your car (license plate, model, insurance).

C) the data are processed both on paper and electronically, in compliance with current law and in such a way as to guarantee full compliance of security and confidentiality.

D) The data will be kept between the parties for the entire duration of the working elationship and for an additional period of 10 years.

E) The above data may be disclosed to third parties to whom Doctor Hail S.r.l. addresses both for the provision of services and the supply of the requested products, both for the fulfillment of administrative and fiscal obligations.

F) You have the right at any time to access, rectify, update, integrate, cancel, limit and oppose the processing of data by submitting a written request with the owner or at privacy@dottorgrandine.com. In addition, if the concerned person considers it appropriate, he has the right to lodge a complaint to the Authority for the protection of personal data.
